Salary Grade: 20\ \ Pay Range\ Full Range: \$117,545 - \$176,318 Annually\ \ Salary offers are based on the candidate\'s equivalent experience and internal equity with other employees within the same job classification. \ \ We are looking for someone who can effectively lead a diverse workforce in a complex and dynamic environment, demonstrating their ability to navigate challenges and foster collaboration across a multi-disciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in effectively managing private development projects, applying, and maintaining standards for infrastructure construction and engineering concepts, experienced implementation of planning concepts and land use entitlements. The candidate should have an eye for process improvement and strive to apply new technology and science to solve development issues with traffic, water, and other service delivery issues.
