Tooling Technician Benefits:

What will you be doing?

  • Conduct research to develop new and improved processes for Injection Molding and Anti-Fog.

  • Analyze and troubleshoot injection molding problems to ensure smooth operations.

  • Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with manufacturing standards.

  • Collaborate with other engineers and manufacturing personnel to enhance injection molding and anti-fog coating processes.

  • Develop and maintain process documentation for efficient production.

  • Monitor process performance throughout production, conducting tests as needed.

  • Follow IATF-16949 and ISO-14001 policies and procedures.

What do you bring?

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, mechanical or related

  • 3+ years of experience in injection molding with presses ranging from 700-1400 tons and anti-fog coating process.

  • At least 2 years of experience within the automotive industry

  • Experience with statistical process control (SPC)

  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles

  • Knowledge of plastic engineering and product manufacturing principles and practices

  • Strong computer skills with MS Office knowledge and Experience using SAP and MES software

  • Experience using SAP and MES software
