As a Contract and Claim Manager, you will collaborate closely with Legal Counsels and business partners to ensure the seamless execution of commercial activities. From analyzing contracts to negotiating terms and managing claims, you'll address all relevant legal, contractual and risk issues related to their activities and transactions to ensure compliance with Siemens policies.

What role will you play ?

  • Analyze and comment on contracts, providing proactive advice and identifying risks and opportunities.

  • Support Letter of Authorization (LoA) process and ensure compliance with internal guidelines.

  • Participate in contract negotiations, document negotiation results, and make decisions within authority.

  • Execute contracts, ensuring adherence to requirements and supporting project management in contract-related matters.

  • Manage claims by developing strategies, evaluating events, preparing documents, and participating in negotiations.

  • Standardize contracts and improve processes by contributing to guidelines and process updates.

  • Share successful practices and lessons learned to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Of course, must meet some other requirements :

  • Law degree is preferable but other university background will be assessed as well.

  • At least three years of experience working as contract/claim manager.

  • Knowledge of contract/claim management techniques and methodologies.

  • Perfect knowledge of Spanish language.

  • Fluency in written and spoken English is a must (including ability to draft and negotiate contracts). Mastered at a C1 level.
