PepsiCo North America Beverages Transformation Analyst in Trenton, New Jersey

OverviewLocation based in HQs ; Plano TX, Chicago IL & Purchase NYPepsiCo has embarked on a multi-year journey to deploy the PepsiCo Global Template (PGT), an enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA solution covering all aspects of business operations. As part of that journey, a North America Supplier Center of Excellence (COE) was established to centralize, institutionalize, and continuously improve the management, accuracy, and usage of supplier data across both the PGT and legacy applications. The Continuous Improvement Analyst will provide functional support for process and technical enhancements across the North America supplier domain. This role requires a keen analytical mind, a passion for efficiency, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our operations. The Continuous Improvement Analyst will play a key role in driving innovation, streamlining processes, and optimizing performance.Responsible for the end-to-end development of new functionality and capabilities, this role delivers prioritized requests by defining and refining stakeholder requirements and executing the delivery lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy). This role will also serve as an intermediary between technical and business stakeholders.The Continuous Improvement Analyst is expected to provide recommendations to NA Supplier COE and Nexus leadership regarding evolving the supplier data model, maintenance processes, system integration, and technical enhancements. The ideal candidate will be comfortable manipulating and analyzing large data sets, understand SAP data structures, and be familiar with integration architecture. Responsibilities1. Process Analysis and Assessment:Evaluate existing processes and workflows to identify areas of inefficiency, waste, or bottlenecks.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather process data, conduct root cause analysis, and pinpoint improvement opportunities.Develop a deep understanding of organizational operations and workflows.Engage with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements related to processes, functionalities, and integrations.2. Data Analysis and Reporting:Collect and analyze data to quantify process performance and identify trends.Create reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process improvement initiatives.Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders and management.3. Continuous Improvement Projects:Lead or participate in cross-functional teams dedicated to process improvement projects.Utilize Lean Six Sigma or other improvement methodologies to design and implement solutions that enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.Develop project plans, timelines, and success criteria.4. Change Management:Collaborate with teams to implement process changes, providing training and support to ensure successful adoption.Monitor and assess the impact of process improvements on operations and user experiences.Address resistance to change and identify strategies for successful transformation.5. Documentation and Standardization:Document improved processes, procedures, and best practices.Establish and maintain standardized procedures and guidelines to sustain improvements over time.6. Collaboration and Communication:Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization by promoting ideas and initiatives.Communicate progress, results, and insights to stakeholders at all levels.Engage with teams across the organization to solicit feedback and ensure alignment with improvement goals.7. Other duties as assigned.Compensation & Benefits:The expected compensation range for this position is between $72,900 - $122,100 based on a full-time schedule.Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually.Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, engineering, or a related field.* Experience in process improvement within CPG industry.* Experience working with supplier master data preferred.* Experience working with SAP MDG and SAP S4 preferred.* Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (ex.
