Description:

Diesel Mechanic in Trenton. This person will be performing maintenance and repairs on off road / heavy equipment including forklifts, diesel trucks, Mixer trucks, Skytracks, etc.

Other duties include:

• Troubleshooting and repairing of mechanical issues including motors, gears, conveyor systems, hydraulics, etc.

• Basic knowledge of LO/TO Procedures

• Troubleshooting and repairing minor electrical issues

• AC/DC up to 480V

Skills & Qualifications:

Must have:

5+ years of mechanical troubleshooting (hydraulics, gears, motors)

5+ years of industrial maintenance experience - Troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on any industrial machinery (NOT facilities / not food & bev)

2+ years diesel engine maintenance

Nice to have:

Heavy equipment (dozers, loaders, and forklifts) / diesel repair

Welding / fabricating
