• LEAN生産方式/デジタライゼーションを用いて製造プロセス改善/ステップ変更プログラムを主導し管理/実行等を担当

• 合意された納期/予算内にて顧客の声/安全性/品質要求に基づき製造戦略を担う

• 安全/品質/納期/コスト/人材の改善など運用改善につながる計画/実行/ＫＰＩ管理など

【必須要件】

• 英語（グローバルとの会議参加ができるレベル）

• LEAN生産方式、ＯＰＥＸ、シックスシグマ、デジタライゼーション、80/20のいずれかの専門性

• ３年以上のコスト改善、品質改善のプロジェクトマネジメント経験

• 製造業界での経験　5年以上

• 日本語：母国語レベル
