Job Overview:

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated & experienced RN for a Full Time Night Assistant Director position on our Neuroscience Unit at Community Medical Center.

Community Medical Center, is a 592-bed, fully accredited acute care hospital offering area residents world-class medical treatment with the comforts of hometown care. Opened in 1961, CMC has evolved into the state s newest teaching hospital with four residency programs and Ocean County s largest and most active health care facility caring for over 21,500 inpatients, 178,000 outpatients and 73,700 emergency department patients each year.

Qualifications:

Required:

• BSN degree or matriculating

• NJ RN License

• At least 2 years acute care RN experience

• BLS required (American Heart Association)

Preferred:

• Management or Charge experience

Scheduling Requirements:

• Night Shift

• 40 hours/week salary position

Essential Functions:

• The ADP assists the Director in the day to running of the unit. The position is part Staff and part Management. Oversees the schedule and staffing on the night shift. Mentor s staff. Assists with the Unit s Quality Measures and Staff Education and Discipline.
