Robert Half is in need of a determined and efficient Billing Clerk. This opening is based in the Toledo, Ohio area and is a long-term contract Billing Clerk opportunity. In this position, the Billing Clerk is responsible for reviewing bills and performing data entry into spreadsheets and accounting software. What you get to do every day

• Investigate, process, and evaluate bills or invoices for services rendered

• Obtain missing or correct data when necessary, after evaluating billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness

• Operate closely with other functional teams to certify data consistency and excellence

• Build financial controls and procedures

  Requirements - Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree in accounting or finance- Strong proficiency with spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems

• Accurate, swift, data entry abilities

• Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

• Billing experience

• Construction experience preferred

• Billing Statements experience

• Construction Industry experience

• Command of Billing Functions

• Proven knowledge of Construction Projects
