Key job responsibilities

社内関係部門や取引先企業と連携しながら、効率的かつ高精度な輸送計画と実行、ならびに業務プロセス改善を担っていただきます。

■輸送計画の策定と管理　－　需要予測と傾向分析に基づき、社内アプリケーションなどを用いてミドルマイルの短期計画を実行する組織の管理を行っていただきます。また、高品質な計画策定のために、倉庫や財務などの関係部門および取引先企業とのコミュニケーション、アクションを実行いただきます。

■業務プロセス改善　－　輸送ネットワークと社内アプリケーションの変更に伴って発生する業務課題解決のための分析や、より高品質なサービスを提供するためのプロセス改善アクションや社内外のステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションを担当いただきます。

・膨大なデータを利用して計画実行するための、分析力と論理的思考力のある方

・変化が激しいビジネス環境に適応し、既存の仕組みにとらわれずに業務プロセスを組み立てていける実行力と柔軟性を持つ方

・社内外関係者と連携・協業し業務を遂行されてこられた方

・ある程度、曖昧で不透明な状況下でも、優先順位をつけながら前向きに課題解決に取り組める方

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Tokyo, 13, JPN

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

• 3+ years of program or project management experience

• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

• 2+ years of supply chain experience

• Bachelor's degree

• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

• 3+ years of driving process improvements experience

• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
