Amazon Supply chain program manager, Corp - JP in Tokyo, Japan

Description

Amazon is looking for a motivated individual with strong analytical skills and process improvement experience to join our Supply Chain programs team. In this position the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities and implementing initiatives across JP stores business. As a member of the Supply Chain team they will play an integral part in JP Amazon operations by successfully partnering with JP stores, JP CF, Transportation and finance teams to support new business initiatives. The candidate should enjoy diving into data and recommending solutions to enhance the supply chain. Position provides opportunities to influence one of the high visibility/high impact areas in the organization.

・フレックスタイム制

※コアタイム無し・実働8時間/日となりますが、業務時間帯はマネージャーと相談の上、業務および個人の都合に応じて変更が可能となる場合があります。例えば、個人の事情で日中の勤務が難しい場合は他時間帯に振り分ける等、ワークライフハーモニーを重視した働き方が可能です。

・ハイブリット勤務

現在、週3回の目黒オフィス出社・週2回在宅勤務が可能な働き方となっています。その為、目黒オフィスへ通勤が可能な関東近郊の居住を推奨します。

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

  • Business-level Japanese: Capable of creating and interpreting business documents, as well as conducting meetings.

  • Business-level English: Capable of creating and interpreting business documents, as well as conducting meetings.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

  • Positive Attitude Towards Inclusive Culture and Diversity: Open to contributing to an inclusive culture and working in a diverse group.
