Enablement Managerは、チームで企画・立案、実行されたenablementプログラム（一般的にはセールス教育担当部門が提供する教育プログラム）を通じて営業のプロダクティビティ向上に責任を持ちます。事業拡大に伴い、急拡大するセールスチームをメインとした、internal stakeholdersと働く形となります。Enablement担当として、セールスメンバーのパフォーマンス分析、outputに繋がるスキル分析をもとにenablementプログラムのプランニング、スケジューリング及びトレーニングやコンテンツのdeliverが重要となります。

また、Globalチームのメンバーとして、USやEUチームとのco-workも重要となり、双方連携を通じて、Globalプログラムの推進も行っていただきます。

Key job responsibilities

役割と責任

• セールスプロセスとセールスモーションの分析。セールスチームに必要なスキルを特定。

• セールスリーダーやプロダクトマネージャーと緊密に連携し、セールスに必要な知識やスキルを把握し、enablement計画を立案。

• Enablementプログラムの提供を通じて、セールスプロダクティビティの向上。

• New hireをonboardするためのトレーニング施策の検討と実行。

• トレーニング担当者としてセールストレーニングの提供。

• トレーニングやSales kickoff等、Globalイベント、コンテンツの企画、運営。

• 7年以上の社会人経験

• 3年以上のSales Trainingもしくは営業メンバーマネージメント及び育成などの経験

• ビジネスや製品の課題について戦略的に考える力。

• チームや会社の複数部門と協力して、プロジェクト遂行した経験

• ビジネスレベルの英語力

Preferred Qualifications

• IT業界での経験

• 5年以上の法人営業経験

• チームリーダー、マネジメント経験
