They can build their own schedule and choose from different types of opportunities (scheduled-ahead blocks, instant offers), all while making great earnings. Amazon Flex is powered by a mobile app that works in concert with our advanced systems, allowing partners to sign in, grab an offer for a time, check out a map of the location, and more.

We are seeking an Onboarding experience Senior Program Manager for Amazon Flex. In this role, you will be responsible for entire in-app onboarding experience from the moment of a new account creation until a Delivery Partner has worked his first block of delivery. To improve the app onboarding and driver experience, you will partner with business, product, customer service, operations- and tech teams to identify driver insights, opportunities, priorities and track short term and long-term initiatives. You will define the roadmap to improve the app, and you will lead pilots and beta programs with our tech teams to launch the new features in JP.

Key job responsibilities

• Work at the strategic level to champion bold and creative ideas, and at a tactical level to ensure execution excellence of plans

• Take ownership for the entire onboarding funnel from account creation through to the first block worked

• Take ownership for the Deliver Partner Experience from the moment of app download through accepting the first block for work

• Partner with central Amazon Flex tech teams to scope and drive improvements across the app to improve Deliver Partner Experience, onboarding conversion or from a regulatory perspective

• Build, test and optimize delivery partner onboarding programs, making continuous improvements based on performance, trends, insights.

• Collaborate with worldwide marketing teams and other internal stakeholders to optimize the onboarding experience

• Design and deliver automated onboarding campaigns

• Maintain the day-to-day management and optimization of onboarding campaigns, including the development, QA, deployment and reporting

• Establish and maintain scalable processes, and develop and manage the maintenance of playbooks and assets

• Lead the onboarding team

Basic Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in program management, project management or product marketing, with end to end product delivery

• Experience in executing technology solutions in a fast paced, high growth, operational business environment

• Business level of English (written, verbal)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing worldwide projects in a local environment

• Experience developing & overseeing road map strategy and definition

• Experience managing teams

• Business level of Japanese (written, verbal)

• Strong "get it done" attitude

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and analytical platforms

• Prior experience in working with SQL

• Attention to detail and high capability to work on different projects in parallel

• Creative and analytical problem solver with a passion for operational excellence

• Excited about working in a diverse group and contributing to an inclusive culture
