Sales Operations Senior Specialist / Specialist

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

• Lead process improvement efficiency initiatives and manage the progress, planning, execution, and control of projects across multiple teams.

• Actively collaborate with domestic and international stakeholders, facilitating communication and coordination.

MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and manageroadmap communication and execution related to the above, proposing and implementing best practices and improvements.

• Manage quality, cost, delivery timelines, and project scope.

• Provide advice on risk management for each project and find alternative solutions.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

MUST:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification holder.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to identify and resolve challenges independently with relevant experience.

• PC skills (Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Proficiency in English at a level that enables smooth communication via email and meetings with overseas counterparts.

• Knowledge and experience in project management.

Nice to have:

l Experience as a people manager.
