本ポジションでは、事業成長に伴い変化する輸送ネットワークを、常に最適化された状態に保つためのツールの導入とプロセスの改善の実行するチームの一員となっていただきます。

迅速にお客様のニーズに対応するため、プロジェクトを一緒に成功に導く仲間を求めています。

**We are looking for a Transport Network Optimization program manager role who will be responsible for planning and building new process of change management on our outbound transportation of highly distributed network where +200 nodes/warehouses/stations are composed to Amazon's faster and convenient delivery service to customers.

You will have join and experience our team to build a positive and productive workforce during performing innovative idea and quick actions to be making a great history on Japan's dynamic supply chain services.

◆勤務形態：正社員採用、フルフレックス、コアタイムなし、実働８時間。

週３日オフィスへご出社いただきますが、曜日や時間の指定はありません。残り２日は在宅勤務となります。

◆給与形態：年俸制

Key job responsibilities

具体的には以下のことに責任を持ちます。

１．数億を超えるパッケージを低コストで配送するためのプロジェクトを担います。

２．最新のサプライチェーン戦略に基づき、トランスポーテーションネットワークの変化起こします。そのための具体的なステップを考えて提案します。

３．最新のネットワーク最適化ツールを日本のビジネスに導入しプロセスを改善するプロジェクトを推進します。Amazonの巨大な配送を創るというやりがいを感じていただけます。

**WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON:

1. Support the project initiation and facilitation to execute end-to-end transportation network with the optimized process and cost with high accuracy and drive continuous improvement for business growth and supply chain strategy

2. Support delivering a couple of hundreds millions packages from Amazon.co.jp

3. Drive projects to introduce the latest network optimization tools to Japanese businesses and improve their processes.

A day in the life

（例）タスクを約1～3カ月かけてプロジェクトとして遂行していきます。

① 年次計画や経営判断を元に、実施計画のスコープを策定する。

② 多様なステークホルダーと、実施に向けた調整や課題解決案の検討を進める。

③ 必要コスト試算、プロジェクト概要とりまとめ、承認・契約締結など、必要な手続きをとる。

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

• 3+ years of program or project management experience

• 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

• Knowledge of Excel

• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

• 3+ years of driving process improvements experience

• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

• Master's degree in IT or equivalent
