Logitech E-commerce Manager in Tokyo, Japan
The Role:
Logicool is now looking for E-commerce Sales Manager. This role will develop and roll-out of a Japan strategy for the growth of the online business, especially marketplace and D2C

In this role you will:
• Development and roll-out of a Japan strategy for the growth of the online business, especially marketplace and D2C
• Validate the channel and develop channel strategy
• Ensure timely execution of the strategy with full ownership
• Devise and execute an appropriate sales strategy across all online channels. Also devise a strategy to deliver short, medium and long term wins in the online channel
• Take a responsibility to drive sell-out on online channel
• Deliver timely and clear business forecasts and revenue reports
• Align with HQ/Region for global/regional strategy
• Work with the local team (especially online customer marketing) to develop annual marketing plans and track constantly
• Achieve revenue growth targets, deliver financial metrics across each customer and channel
• Provide weekly management reporting of performance against target and market activity
• Support the ratings & reviews program, and drive elements
• Maintain best practice in digital reseller marketing
• Liaise with agency partners to drive implementation of capabilities
• Continuously look for opportunities to optimize shopper conversion via relevant shopper insights
• Partner with agency / marketing team to drive learning and decision-making based on insights and analytics
Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
• Minimum 5 years sales planning experience (Forecasting, monitoring and reporting business metrics)
• Minimum 5 year experience in selling consumer products, ideally HW devices, in EC space
• Data driven analytical skill
• In depth understanding of digital reseller marketing landscape and best practice
• Proficient in data driven digital marketing programs
• Analytic skills, understanding data to optimize future plans
• Accountability, honesty and integrity
• Proactive, energetic, self-starter
• Good understanding of channel margin, rebate, campaign, etc.
• Very hands-on approach to the business and highly collaborative and communicative
• Able to analyze and problem solve and an attitude for interpreting and reporting changing business trends
• Experience in IT industry as sales/marketing is plus
• Digital ads operating and strong mindset for web UI/UX
• English skill (business level)
