グランド ハイアット 東京内メインバー「マデュロ」におけるバーテンダー接客業務を

お任せ致します。

・ゲスト応対、フレンドリーでありながらもプロフェッショナルなゲストサービスの提供

・バーを利用されるお客様へアルコールまたはノンアルコール飲料の提供

・オーダーテイク、またスナックやドリンクの提供

・お客様のニーズや好みを把握し、飲み物をお勧めする

・バーの在庫管理と補充

Daily operation service at main bar “Maduro” as a bartender(Team Leader)

・Provide exceptional, friendly and professional guest service

・Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar patrons

・Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks

・Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations

・Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies

Qualifications:

・ホスピタリティ経験者優遇

・大規模なレストラン・バーやラウンジでの経験があれば尚可

・バーの整理整頓、在庫の管理、清潔さを保つ能力

・酒類、ワイン、蒸留酒に関する専門的な知識があれば尚可

・基本レベルの英語力とネイティブな日本語力

・Previous hospitality experiences preferred

・Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean

・Experience in a high-volume bar/restaurant/lounge is a plus

・Professional knowledge of liquor, wine and spirits is

・Basic level of English/Native level of Japanese
