Minimum qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in ‌account management, sales, and marketing ‌in‌ ‌the digital/media/advertising‌ industry.

As the Account Manager for the Branding Sector, you will develop and manage relationships directly with advertisers in Japan. The Branding Sector owns the mission to instigate digital transformation in large ad customers with high potential in Large Customer Sales (LCS). You will be an advisor and consultant, as well as an advocate for clients within Google. You will grow the existing business, develop and obtain new business, and support your team.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

  • Provide excellent customer service to Google's advertisers and identify and solve client challenges proactively and creatively.

  • Build relationships with customers and educate them on new product features.

  • Analyze data trends and client performance, and develop strategic client account plans.

  • Learn and work with Google product experts to develop and deliver innovative solutions, optimize campaign results, and identify opportunities to increase advertiser investments.

  • Work cross-functionally within Google and collaborate on projects to drive client success.
