Your role as a member of the cloud team is to support, deploy and migrate cloud services to aid in the company's adoption of cloud platforms. You will be working closely with Cloud Architects and IT engineers across the business to build, deploy and migrate their systems within our cloud environments.

The role lends itself to a balance between software development and cloud engineering, as you will be involved supporting and deploying solutions to address unique use cases.

We are a collaborative team that is always learning, sharing, and researching. You must have broad expertise in IT or related fields, strong technical writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to learn and grow in a rapidly evolving environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of IT-related work experience with a Bachelor's degree.

OR

5+ years of IT-related work experience without a Bachelor’s degree.

You will:

• Build and support tooling to automate the management of a large multi-cloud ecosystem.

• Implement policy and manage automations around cloud technologies and services.

• Deliver well-architected cloud platform solutions based on business requirements.

• Create and manage re-usable Infrastructure as Code templates for common deployment patterns.

• Strive to innovate and embrace a culture of continuous learning.

• Deploy cost effective cloud solutions leveraging cloud costs optimization best practices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Cloud services.

• Configuration and management of cloud services.

What you'll bring:

• 2+ years experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• 3+ years experience as a systems engineer, developer, or solutions architect.

• 2+ years experience with a programming language (Python and Javascript is what we use primarily).

• 2+ years experience creating tools and automation that integrate with cloud platform APIs.

• 2+ AWS, GCP, or Azure certifications.

• 2+ years experience with infrastructure as code design (CloudFormation, Terraform, etc).

• A good understanding of cloud networking best practices.

• Experience building web applications and automation in Python.

• IAM Principles / Authentication and Authorization.

• Understanding of configuration management concepts and solutions.

• Experience with database fundamentals and security best practices.
