Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

As a Qualcomm Problem and Change Management Engineer, you will play a vital role in enabling a seamless handling of problem reports and change requests. Along with your team, you will be supporting the fulfillment of customer requirements. Your tasks include:

  • Definition and refining of project strategy documentations and support on continuous process improvements.

  • Categorization of issues based on issue descriptions and their allocation to relevant teams to ensure correct and timely resolutions

  • Definition and Implementation of KPIs for issue handling

  • Monitor measures and visualize throughput of problem reports and change requests

  • Track problems and chance requests to closure

  • Continuously monitoring, reporting and escalation of deviations from agreements

  • Support of interface definitions with backlog management by leading workflow tooling setups

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Informatics or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant work experience.

  • Experience with SW CM tools such as Git, Jira, Doors / codeBeamer, Bazel, Artifactory.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience (System / SW Development).

  • Experience of working in Continuous Integration & Deployment environment

  • Admin experience in one of SW CM tools such as Git, Jira, codeBeamer.

What you will bring:

  • Good knowledge in problem and change management

  • Basic experience with ADAS features

  • Advanced experience with the configurations in issue tracking systems like JIRA or Codebeamer

  • Good understanding of the ASPICE and the ISO26262 standards

  • Very good networking skills, self-organization and a proactive attitude

  • Meeting moderation skills, ability to deal with multiple interfaces and adapt method of communication to get your point across.

  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with little direction.

  • Good presentation and English language skills

Level of Responsibility:

  • Change and Problem Management across the project.

  • Decision-making skills are necessary since your work products will have a direct impact into the way of work of multiple development teams.
