JOB REQUIREMENTS: Do you have a couple of hours on the weekends for free time? Come work with a non-verbal adult autistic male in his home, with your care and compassion you can assist him in Tigerton, WI Community Horizons is assisting with the recruitment process of amazing caregivers to work directly with a member in his home allowing for flexible scheduling. The schedule is part-time. They are short shifts to fill your day. The respite for the mother/guardian is on the weekends. Tasks include but are not limited to: Incontinence changing and toileting assistance. Tube feeding (G-tube experience preferred). Looking for someone who is a self-starter, confident, and caring, with tube feeding experience preferred, autism experience preferred. Community Horizons offers support for individuals enrolled in self-directed programs through Managed Care Organizations or IRIS (Include, Respect, I Self-Direct) throughout Wisconsin. Self-direction gives program participants the choice over who provides services and how they receive them.
