Job Description

Job Title: EHS Engineer

Location: Tianjin, China

About the role:

更好的提升天津工厂长远发展，致力于医药领域更加卓越的贡献。

How you will contribute:

1.协助ISO14001，ISO45001环境管理体系的运行，因素识别，运行控制监督，环境目标统计分析，记录维护，合规性评价，协调管理评审；协调外审准备，了解审核需求，追踪审核发现项。

2.危险废弃物管理：了解天津市危废管理系统，申报危险废弃物年度转移计划，协调危险废弃物转移，监督危险废弃物分类及贴标情况，协助完成危险废弃物控制管理程序及绘制转移路线图等。

3.定期检查：协调每年一次的风险评估、环境因素评估。一年两次的厂级安全检查，对承包商不定期检查及对外部承包商的审核，建立行动计划并追踪完成情况，统计全厂行动完成率。

4.承包商管理：协助完成厂内承包商管理SOP，承包商安全培训，承包商数据库维护，协助承包商审计。

5.EHS 评估：了解EHS变更评估的要求，协助项目负责人完成评估，包括变更评估，审批内部评估事项，协助外部“三同时”。

6.文件，教育及培训：协助建立三级安全教育体系，能够撰写安全操作规程，管理电子文件，进行线上生效，回顾及分发。根据计划分发线上培训课程，组织新员工入职培训建立安全文化。

7.厂内作业审批：了解密闭空间、临时用电、动火作业等危险作业，能够识别作业危险源，审批作业申请，监督作业流程。

8.安防（保安）管理：建立并维护安防保安体系，例如来访人员及车辆管理，安防设施管理，门禁系统，视频监控系统，巡更系统。。

9.费用及合同，进行部门工作的询价比价工作，以及月度费用回顾，差异分析。

What you bring to Takeda:

1.本科及以上学历。

2.熟练使用MS OFFICE办公软件。

3.5年以上EHS相关工作经验，至少3年国际化企业工作经验。

4.良好的团队合作能力、与人沟通能力。

5.具备出色的英语听说能力，以及良好的读写能力。可以进行英语会议交流。

6.ISO14001 & ISO45001内审员资质。
