Strategic Planning & Operations Manager - Finance
What you will do
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will be responsible for three areas of support within the Global Facility Organization (GFO). First is the Financial management of GFO’s budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis. In addition, manage Productivity Initiatives and lead end to end projects. Second area of responsibilities include management of the outsourced bid process for the Integrated Facility Maintenance program including establishing baselines and manage financial bid documents. Additional scope includes annual financial oversight of the Outsourced Providers and support integration of new sites. Third aspect of the role includes preparing and supporting complex financial modeling, provide support for Technology solutions (e.g. Smartsheets, Tableau, Power BI, Power Automate, and Excel solutions), analyze output data as well as manage Standard Operating Procedures and Manuals. Responsibilities include:
Global Facility Operations Support
Consolidate the budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and reporting
Generate and communicate monthly financial information to internal clients
Prepare quarterly budget / forecasts for Net Expense
Prepare monthly variance analysis and reconciliations including preparing quarterly accruals
Manages the delivery of annual Productivity Initiatives to deliver required savings
Leads end-to-end projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Integrated Service Provider Support
Manage bid process for Integrated Facility Maintenance, “Big Buy” outsourced program, and any new expansions
Heavy analysis using Excel Modeling (Bid documents)
Establish baselines by working with the global sites
Assist in the annual audit process using Tableau for identifying appropriate data sets for review
Support financial integration of new sites
Standardized Team and Governance reporting across sites for each Integrated Service Provider
Technology Support
Prepare and support complex financial modeling
Provides ongoing support for Smartsheet, Tableau, Power BI, Power Automate, and Excel solutions, including data repositories, metrics, dashboards, reports, and workflows
Analyzes and reports key performance metrics using Smartsheet, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel, enhancing project visibility and decision-making
Create and Manage updates on Standard Operating Procedures, Manuals, and Training material
General
Interact with a wide range of leadership and site staff
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed
Travel requirements (less than 5%)

Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma / GED and 10 years of Project Management experience; Or
Associate’s degree and 8 years of Project Management experience; Or
Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of Project Management experience; Or
Master’s degree and 2 years of Project Management experience; Or
Doctorate degree
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to operate in a matrixed team in an ever-changing environment
Ability to communicate and collaborate across various parts of the organization
Experience in quantitative and qualitative skills including financial analysis
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently delivering quality end-product
Handle multiple responsibilities, priorities and tasks with minimal direction

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
