In this role you will be accountable for:

• Identify new prospects

• Offer your customers and prospects all types of products and services related to rotating machinery (pumps, turbines, compressors, etc.)

• Identify sales and retrofit opportunities ;

• Target the decision makers in your customers' and prospects' organisations;

• Follow up offers sent to the customers for whom you are responsible to ensure that they are converted into orders ;

• To monitor the progress of business, from taking orders to paying customers and any guarantees ;

• Analyse the causes of lost bids ;

• Competitive intelligence ;

• Promote the Group's initiatives ;

• Communicate the new needs of your customers and prospects to your back-office teams to find solutions to satisfy them ;

• Ensure customer satisfaction ;

• Contribute to reporting;

• Participate in the Group's development projects ;

• Comply with health and safety rules.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• sales or service experience in the field of rotating machinery and a real affinity for technical and industrial environments.

• commercially minded and have a sense of service.

• optimistic attitude

• able to express yourself actively in Dutch, French and English

• Knowledge of SalesForce is an advantage

Location: We are based in Thimister-Clermont, but you’ll work most of time in Flanders area
