Task:

  1. Define roles and responsibilities, Set clear objectives for Team members.

  2. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  4. Support team members’ professional development by providing opportunities for training and growth.

  5. Communicate expectations, goals and feedback to the group regularly and resolve any concerns or issues actively.

  6. Adapt to changing situations and make strategic decisions to ensure the team’s success.

  7. Strong leadership and organizational skills.

  8. Identify and address conflicts early, facilitating discussions and finding satisfactory solutions.

Technical Skills:

  1. Detailed Product knowledge of Air Insulated panels and Vacuum Circuit Breaker.

  2. Knowledge of type tests carried out in MV Air Insulated Panels and Vacuum Circuit Breakers as per IEC.

  3. 3D Modelling of assemblies / individual components in NX / Solidworks / Autocad.

  4. Design of parts & assemblies as per customer requirement.

  5. Aware about Mechanism / Mechanical assemblies.

  6. Change Management Process.

  7. Familiar with Activities of type resting like Documentation, pre and post type testing inspection, Coordination for testing.

  8. Attending type testing in Internal / External Lab.

  9. Latest IEC knowledge.

  10. Attend call with Customers for technical clarification.

Experience and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree : Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

  2. 3D Modeling Software : NX / Solidworks

  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs like SAP

  4. Overall work experience of 9-10 year in which minimum of (3) three years of experience as a team lead role.
