texas health Manager Clinic Operations - Occupational & Environmental Medicine in Temple, Texas

Clinic Operations Manager coordinates day to day operations of the Occupational Medicine and Work-Related Injury clinic. Ensures quality patient care in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE

Operational Oversite

  • Plans and organizes daily activities to ensure efficient operations.

  • Ensures appropriate staffing levels for adequate care onsite and remote services.

  • Develops, reviews, and implements policies & procedures.

  • Recruits, selects, trains, and manages staff.

  • Works cross-departmentally with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure operations are aligned with goals.

  • Approves and contributes to in-service education programs for team members.

  • Submits invoices to accounts payable and coordinates accounts receivable management.

  • Resolves operational issues to improve quality of care.

  • Promotes programs and services to local businesses, physicians, and community groups.

  • Investigates, resolves, and documents resolution of patient complaints.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • EDUCATION - Associate's or 2 years of work experience above the minimum qualification

  • EXPERIENCE - 3 Years of Experience
