Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper with extensive experience in QuickBooks and a background in public accounting. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance. Your duties will also involve preparing financial reports, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Prior experience in the public accounting industry is highly preferred, as is proficiency in QuickBooks software. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role.
