Description

Robert Half Technology has a brand new opening with a client based here in Tampa, FL for a Senior/Lead C++ Developer.

They are looking for someone with a Cybersecurity background who can use their expertise to help lead the development of large-scale software applications.

Position is 100% REMOTE, Full-time hours, ranging $130-170K depending on experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the development of an Endpoint Agent capable of installing updates & software’s and monitoring.

• Create best practices for handling unforeseen exceptions on endpoints and recovering gracefully from them.

• Contribute to the design and architecture of a vulnerability and threat assessment framework for Endpoints.

Requirements

Skills/Experience Looking For:

• 7+ years in C++ software development experience for product applications

• Strong background in Endpoint Agent Development

• A proven track record of developing and managing high-quality Cybersecurity solutions

• Developing for Windows, Unix (Linux and/or Mac), and cross-platform environments

• Proficient in using debuggers and memory profilers

• Proficient in code reviews and providing constructive feedback while enforcing modern C++ standards

• Ability to develop comprehensive test cases and test plans, ensuring thorough coverage of all functional requirements

• Designing/optimizing SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers

Must be eligible for full-time hours on W2 (no c2c)
