Citigroup Program Management Lead - VP (Hybrid) in Tampa, Florida

With the COO organization leading the most critical regulatory & transformation efforts for Citi's CEO, and influencing the strategy & direction of Citigroup the Transformation Program Management Program Management Senior Lead candidate must possess both strong program management expertise as well the ability to multitask critical deliverables simultaneously.

This role will be responsible to own, develop and maintain a book of work detailing all interim and strategic deliverables and projects tied to the TPM Metrics and Reporting function. This includes but not limited to reporting needs for executive management and regulators, maintenance of a metrics reporting pipeline for prioritization, and engagement with key stakeholders and program groups to obtain metrics requirements for Transformation metrics operationalization and reporting.

The role requires a thorough understanding of program management and overseeing a book of work with both tactical and strategic deliverables. In addition, the role requires the ability to produce executive level communication and presentations, coordination between multiple teams and stakeholders, and ability to lead the prioritization of multiple reports / projects at once.

Excellent communication skills required to influence and effectively support internal negotiations to ensure appropriate delivery of the business goals.

Other task may include supporting senior management on strategic business updates, tracking internal/external audits and self-identified and regulatory issues, and other administrative needs and ad hoc projects as necessary

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the Transformation Reporting Team BOW for prioritization and execution of key deliverables related to the TPM Metrics Reporting process to through deployment

  • Identify, prioritize, and deliver executive reporting working with TPM Metrics team and key stakeholders

  • Design and maintain processes to manage time-sensitive report and analytics reporting needs and demand; maintain a pipeline process with technology delivery partners

  • Develop reoccurring metric update presentations for senior management

  • Support the function’s strategic goals, governance and executive level updates.

  • Network with other teams within TPM to understand reporting codependencies

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of experience

Education:

  • Experience working in global settings with multiple stakeholders, especially in transitioning or challenged environments

  • Strong program/project management skills and ability to coordinate several reports / projects at once

  • Management of process and reporting demands including prioritization and coordination of delivery

  • Broad understanding of Citi’s businesses a plus

  • Excellent presentation skills, including perfected English (spoken and written)

  • Strong analytical and detail orientation

  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills

  • Proven ability to work in a team of diverse skill sets and cultures

  • Proven ability to work in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively, drive consensus, and influence relationships at all levels

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$103,920.00 - $155,880.00
