GCU has partnered with Pinellas / Hillsborough County to rehabilitate the Tampa and surrounding areas Sewer and Storm Water collections pipeline. This project is estimated to be 5 years. Applicants must be willing to travel 85% of the time in the Florida & Southeastern region. Training is estimated to be 6 months long and will also require you to travel. GCU will cover all lodging expenses. Must have a valid and current drivers license without violations and CDL license is a plus.

Minimum Job Description

  • Work effectively with supervisors and all members of the crew to ensure successful inspections, cleaning, repairs, and rehabilitation of sanitary and storm sewer collection systems.

  • Load materials and equipment into vehicles for transportation to and from the job site.

  • Repair pipelines (Mains and Laterals) using trenchless technology.

  • Ability to comprehend instructions accurately to learn company-s products, processes, safety procedures, installation techniques and equipment use.

Job Requirements

  • Must possess aVALID & CURRENTdriver-s licenseDo not apply if you don-t meet this requirement

  • Ability to work out of town/state five (5) days a week (no exceptions)

  • Ability to work 50-55 hours a week

  • Ability to work outdoors in any and all-weather conditions

  • Willing to work around confined spaces and municipal sewer systems
