Our client, in the construction/facilities industry is seeking a HVAC Superintendent to join their team. The ideal candidate will have management, team building, and overall construction/facilities expirience which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: HVAC Superintendent

Location: Tampa, FL

Pay Range: $58,000 - $75,000

What's the Job?

Max of 5

• Totally accountable for quality installation of the project

• Interpret HVAC drawings for craft installation

• Schedule deliveries and inspections

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate on-site functions

• Identifies potential change orders

What's Needed?

Max of 5

• 1-2 year of relevant expirience

• Great working mindset and attitude

• Valid Driver's Licencse with a clean driving record

• Working Knowledge of Construction and HVAC

• Willingness to travel site to site
