Robert Half Technology has a brand new opening for a BI Developer with a reputable client here in Tampa, FL.

Position is full-time hours, HYBRID schedule, with FOUR days per week WFH, and ONE day per week in-office (East Tampa area).

Compensation is flexible between $80-100K depending on experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Interpret stakeholder needs and translate into detailed, actionable work requirements.

• Serve as subject matter expert, applying knowledge of data and process best practices to current state technology systems to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Apply critical thinking to position our data and systems for success across multiple work efforts in parallel.

• Carry out work streams from inception to final execution, proactively identifying risks, streamlining cross functional efforts, and owning accountability for success.

• Identify root causes of process or technology issues and striving to understand situations in depth and in complete accuracy. Carefully and creatively explain problems to non-technical audiences.

• Execute user acceptance testing for all new solutions and services.

• Develop and deliver process documentation and coaching to key stakeholders and users to ensure new solutions and services are adopted successfully.

• Develop metrics to measure business value of projects/initiatives.

  Requirements

Top Skills/Experience Looking For:

• Power BI Dashboard development

• Strong SQL Server development skills

• Great reporting skills with tools like SSRS

• SAP experience is a big bonus (but not required)

• Finance industry experience is also a huge plus!

Must be available for full-time hours on W2 (no c2c) and local to Tampa Bay - with availability for 1 day on-site per week
