Aston Carter Accounts Payable Analyst in Tampa, Florida

Description:

Currently hiring an AP Specialist for a client that is growing their AP footprint in Tampa. Job Overview: -Process a high volume of invoices (3 way match) and analyze invoices for discrepancies or errors -Ability to work indepently and with a team, they will be the only person responsible for reporting and then back up for processing. -Assist vendors with invoicing inquiries or errors -Set up new vendors as needed in the system -Analyze invoice discrepancies

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

While SAP is not a requirement it is a strong preference. Strong knowledge of AP, 3-way matching, purchase orders, goods receipt, etc. Must have AP Reporting experience and experience dealing with AP analytics Strong excel skills
