JOB PURPOSE:

CDT Finance Manager will be responsible for Commercial Business Partnering, improved support to drive CDT growth and optimized commercial investment in order to achieve sales and profitability objectives through financial planning and analytics.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Volume and Commercial spend tracking, variance analysis, and budgeting.

● Promotional spend analysis, return on investment analysis and analytical review of all P&L activity.

● Utilization of financial and planning systems and processes to meet goals in reporting and budgeting.

● Provide financial insight into key customer financial drivers including Net Sales, margin, return on investment’s, and other key financial important metrics.

● Communicate impactful analytics with the Customer Development Team’s to drive the most effective commercial plans and programs.

● Collaborate with Customer Development Managers with the system tools to meet the goals for the Financial and Commercial Alignment Processes.

● Maintenance of all customer price lists and utilization of the customer sites that provide the data for analytical review and analysis.

● Preparation of all customer P&Ls and Standard reports.

● Handle vendor and customer payment processing and approval and ensure adherence to documentation requirements.

● Ensure the integrity and documentation of all financial reporting related to the Customer Development Team’s activity and alignment of financials to corporate policies and strategies.

● Maintenance of audit documentation to ensure adherence to policy requirements.

EDUCATION AND FUNCTIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Education:

● Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a concentration in Accounting and/or Finance

Requirements:

● 5+ years of diversified financial experience

● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

● Strong Excel skills and SAP Proficiency

● Previous FMCG MNCs operations experience is an advantage.
