As a Branch Manager you will... Develop, train, and mentor staff. Handle/research escalated member situations Perform all essential branch duties including processing transactions, opening new accounts, and processing loan applications. Grow the branch business by building relationships with members, businesses, and communities. Qualifications Our ideal candidate will bring to the team... 3 years of supervisor or leadership experience, preferably in a financial institution. 3 years of new accounts, lending and sales experience High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field is preferred.
