Horário de trabalho: Disponibilidade de horário

Escala: Horário de Trabalho das 14:00 – 21:32 - Escala 5x2 (trabalha 5 dias e folga 2)

Principais Atividades:

• Atender e registrar os chamados e ocorrências informadas pelos, clientes registrando os chamados garantindo a satisfação do cliente;

• Atender os técnicos para registrar o fechamento dos chamados e abertura de pendências;

• Monitorar as prioridades dos chamados;

• Garantir a rapidez na solução do chamado e satisfação do cliente;

• Garantir que o tempo de atendimento ao chamado (T1) seja realizado dentro da meta estipulada pela empresa;

• Garantir o atendimento telefônico ao cliente em 20 segundos ou menos (terceiro toque);

• Garantir excelência e satisfação do cliente;

• Buscar a melhor alternativa para atendimento dos chamados, direcionando os Técnicos de acordo com sua disponibilidade e localização geográfica;

• Garantir atendimento rápido e eficaz, de forma a garantir a satisfação do cliente;

• Informar aos Supervisores, Superintendentes e Gerentes a situação on-line da operação, em relação aos chamados e pendências, visando agilizar o atendimento ao cliente;

• Garantir a satisfação dos nossos clientes seguindo os padrões de segurança, ética e qualidade exigidos pela Companhia.
