Lead manufacturing team
Efficient decision making based on department KPIs
Drive for continuous improvement at all key deliverables by making the team succesful
Be an active member of the business planning as member of the extended management team
Create the environment of a safe and high-quality operation at his/her dedicated area
Operates the fundamental systems of EHS, QA and Lean
Communicate the goals and results and involve all employees to the continuous improvement activities
Foster talents, energize tream work and collaborative business enviroment
Collaborate with otrher departments and locations to deliver business result by implement best practices
Engage and align people for the business goals
We will like you if you have:
Engineering Bachelor degree or higher qualifications
Experience in manufacturing environment (Minimum 3-5 years)
Fluent English
