Syracuse University Temporary Instructional Technology Analyst in Syracuse, New York
The Instructional Technology Analyst is a member of the Online Learning Services team in Information Technology Services. The IT Analyst Online assists in the development of online materials for online courses. Online Learning Services also provides support for the institutional learning management system, Blackboard Learn, through Tier 3 support, training, and instructional design. Also supported are a portfolio of instructional applications, Zoom, the Kaltura video repository, as well as other locally hosted and online tools. Services around these applications are provided for both faculty members and students.
