Syracuse University Temporary Community Engagement Coordinator in Syracuse, New York
The community engagement coordinator is a highly dedicated individual that has the desire to engage with vulnerable communities and create lasting, transformative improvements to especially community drinking water, wastewater treatment systems, and sustainable materials management (SMM). This role is committed to building close relationships with community leaders and stakeholders to advance CSCS/EFC’s longstanding role as an Environmental Finance Center, supported by two multi-year awards from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. The community engagement coordinator proactively contributes to the design and implementation of community outreach, provides the support needed to foster just relationships and facilitates the development of water infrastructure technical assistance projects. Offers timely assistance to stakeholders serving as a guide and trusted advisor to communities.
