Syracuse University Assistant Director - Annual Giving in Syracuse, New York
Assistant Director Annual Giving reports to the Executive Director of Veteran & Military Development, for D'Aniello Institute for Veterans and Military Families (IVMF) and The Office of Veteran and Military Affairs (OVMA).
The Ideal candidate will serve as the primary lead for the IVMF's digital giving strategy and engagement of individual donors for annual gift support and potential lead generation to IVMF major gift officers from the direct response pool. Working with an external firm and through internal efforts, the role is responsible for executing strategies and managing implementation of multi-channel digital platforms and fundraising campaigns including donors and prospects via email, social, and web to substantially grow and steward the support base for IVMF and its unique role in the veteran and military field. In addition, the role works closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared outcomes.
