Summary: Troubleshoot and repair automotive audio/video equipment to the component level. M-F 8:30am 5:30pm and 3:00pm-11:30pm shifts available
Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and repair automotive audio/video equipment to the component level. Perform functional tests. Read and program synthesized radios via computer. Assist other technicians as needed and when caught up, complete all documentation as required by the job. Keep work area neat and orderly.
Qualifications: Must be self-motivated, have a team player attitude, strong communication skills, excellent mechanical dexterity, strong computer skills and electronics knowledge. Experience repairing electronics, ability to use test equipment, read schematics, and solder.
Total compensation for this role is market competitive. The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $15.00 - $17.00 per hour. The actual salary will vary based on applicants experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location as well as other business and organizational needs.
