Job Summary
Assist business teams with developing requirements for major projects of considerable complexity, prepares system design specifications, conducts research to resolve customer-initiated issues related to core systems processing, and coordinates and manages project teams in the development of large multi-system, multi-platform projects. This position is responsible for performing quality audits on iServe fulfilled tickets processed by the PCM Maintenance teams for adherence to documented business guidelines. Validate all IQA forms are processed accurately and timely based on documented business rules. Ensure all sanctioned providers are updated accurately and timely to meet compliance adherence thresholds. Confirm all contracts are loaded by the PCM Maintenance teams for adherence to documented business rules. Generates weekly quality metric reports to facilitate and support PCM Maintenance configuration efforts. Facilitate quality metrics meetings with PCM business partners. Provide coverage/assistance to quality coach peers as necessary.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Performs research and analysis of customer initiated inquiries and requests, leveraging extensive programming experience and utilizing technical tools as necessary to debug/analyze problems.
Fields direct questions from Molina Operations Staff regarding business, technical and operations rules.
Develops technical solutions to business and system problems.
Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers handling all aspects of client relations concerning technical projects, including notifying the client of implementation schedules and coordination and assistance in presentation of results.
Manage moderate project test tasks from requirements review through deployment, including work assignment, prioritization, issue triage etc.
Able to work in a project team setting while also able to complete tasks individually within the provided timeline or as needed, accelerated timeline to meet the desired deployment deadline.

Prepare well organized, easily understood reports, analysis, and summary of findings for use by management
Job Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience .
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
3-5 years’ experience in a combination of applicable business and business systems
Computer Science or Info tech
Testing experience required
Data analytics
Familiarity w/SDLC Methodologies: Agile, waterfall, etc.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Working environment is generally favorable and lighting and temperature are adequate. Work is generally performed in an office environment in which there is only minimal exposure to unpleasant and/or hazardous working conditions. Must have the ability to sit for long periods. Pay Range: $67,725 - $128,519 / ANNUAL
