    Surety Application Manager

    This is an excellent development opportunity for a polished and credible insurance professional to the Surety practice here at Aon. You will have the opportunity to work and learn from an experienced group of individuals that will ensure you have a long and successful career within Aon.

    This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Aon offices in either Sydney or Melbourne.

    What the day will look like

  • Supporting the Client Manager with bond applications

  • Providing a high level of client service to enable effective client relationship management

  • Provide administration support to our Account Brokers regarding client insurance/risk needs

  • Communicate with clients via phone, email and face-to-face meetings to support their insurance needs

  • Participate in surety pre-renewal, renewal and post-renewal activities including drafting quotations and creating renewal reports

  • Prepare, lodge, and invoice policies in an accurate and timely manner

  • Developing solutions that result in improved client outcomes and retention.

  • Experience within the insurance industry (preferably with surety/bond application experience)

  • Sound business acumen and exceptional client relationship management capability

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and strong presentation skills

  • Comfort working in a high pressure professional environment

  • Solid planning and organisational skills with a strong work ethic

  • A collaborative attitude with a team-focused approach.
