ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is based in Sydney, Audible Marketing Operations team (MOPS) is a centralized global team responsible for executing CRM and promotional campaigns.

This role will have the opportunity to work with marketers to shape innovative customer-focused programs designed to deepen member relationships and enhance our acquisition efforts. This role is a 12 month contract.

Key job responsibilities

As the Specialist, Promotions Operations you will...

  • Manage end-to-end workflow for promotions production requests. This includes clarifying priority, requirements, feasibility, and customer experience flows with requesters to ensure an accurate and timely delivery of the promotion configuration

  • Partner with other members of the Global Marketing Operations team and the broader Marketing team to ensure that promotions are properly configured and the customer’s experience works as intended

  • Work with Customer Care and Marketing teams to address promotions-related escalations and ensure supportrequests and customer-facing issues are addressed in a timely manner

  • Provide tactical guidance on promotions to business stake holders and serve as an internal subject matter experton the tools used to build and deploy offers

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing or related technical roles

  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders and technology teams on requirements gathering and project updates

  • Experience working in Jira or similar project management software

  • Experience in customer segmentation and experience in creating target segment

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a technical field of study

  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • E-commerce experience, including prior experience with membership or subscription-based businesses

  • Business level fluency in Japanese, both written and spoken

  • German, French, Italian or Spanish communication skills
