Overview of the Job

As our Data Integrity & Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role as part of a multifaceted sales team, owning product and pricing data maintenance and compliance for existing and new initiative products. You will be responsible for ensuring the overall product information readiness of new launches to market. Through engagement and collaboration with commercial and sales teams, we are looking for a hardworking, focused, and collaborative teammate who will help bring our processes and systems to the next level.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Local Management of all product and pricing master data maintenance via SAP

  • Lead critical processes relating to product launch readiness – including samples, pricing, samples, product/shipping configuration data, barcode verification reports, dangerous goods reports, eContent and imaging.

  • Lead consolidation of trade plans and budget adjustments to be deployed to the sales organisation

  • Collaborate with customer facing sales teams to deliver pricing reports and new product submission forms

  • Key contact for agency partners to ensure flawless product launch readiness – GS1, SKU Library, National Product Catalogue

  • General team support specialist – budget adherence, booking mail/courier services, auditing/proofing as required

  • Continually looking to identify ways to improve processes, procedures, and the efficiency of the sales customer team

Job Qualifications

Qualifications

  • At least 1-year experience in relevant commercial administrative position

  • Intermediate IT skills and knowledge of the MS Office & SAP suite of programs particularly MS Excel functions

  • Prior experience with GS1, SKU Library, National Product Catalogue preferred but not crucial

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to work independently on multiple priorities and deadlines.
