Job Summary :

Reporting to the Internal Communications Manager, you will be responsible for providing essential operational support to Colgate Palmolive staff and welcoming external visitors to our office. Our Office Co-ordinator role handles a wide array of tasks that we simply couldn’t function without.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Manage front of house reception, with oversight of the switchboard and visitor registration (both automated)

  • Oversight of meetings, room bookings and catering (supported by EAs)

  • Manage office access cards and Bright Author digital signage (previous experience not required)

  • Provide day-to-day office services support - kitchen and office maintenance, courier services, mailroom admin

  • Admin support for raising POs and managing Telstra invoices

  • Liaise with Building Management on office maintenance

What will you do :

Required (Education, Knowledge required, Language skills, et c)

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Minimum three years of experience in general administration

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Self-starter who can work well both independently and across multi-level stakeholder groups

  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to change in a fast paced environment

  • Proficient in Google suite of products (especially in Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs & Slides)

  • Resilience and enthusiasm with a can-do approach to ambiguous tasks

Preferred Requirements:

  • Google Suite proficiency (i.e, Sheets, Slides, Docs) preferred

  • Willingness to learn new software and systems
