There is an opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join and develop your career with our Pacific Digital & Technology team. CBRE operates within an agile methodology environment and this role will work across the product lifecycle: design, build, test, deployment and support.

About the role;

Operating in a diverse and progressive commercial environment with a strong project pipeline across Pacific Region, you’ll primarily focus on Sales and Marketing related initiatives, in addition to a broad variety of other types of projects. You will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders including UX Design, Product, Technology, Finance, Marketing, and Business teams. You’ll be a crucial part of an experienced project team collaborating to understand, intersect and manage client, business, and technology needs, ensuring optimal solution outcomes.

Identifying overarching business needs, you’ll leverage your experience and passion for stakeholder analysis, business rules analysis, data analysis, organisation modelling, business process re-engineering, decision analysis, and the creation/facilitation of effective and engaging workshops, interviews, and presentations.

You’ll collaborate and build strong working relationships with CBRE Leaders, clients, stakeholders, and project teams to develop user stories and criteria. Being the voice of the business lines, you will ensure alignment across business requirements and customer needs, and that solutions are prioritised, tested, delivered and supported.

Other key responsibilities:

  • Use various business analysis techniques such as workshops, focus groups, gap analysis and interviews, to capture and elicit the requirements for the business need in liaison with various stakeholders.

  • Conduct ‘walk throughs’ of Business Requirements and detailed Functional Specifications to project members and relevant business resources to ensure understanding and obtain sign-off for progress to next phase of the project.

  • Create and develop detailed test cases and test scenarios based on business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all system functionalities and business processes.

  • Perform impact analysis and evaluate the viability of proposed solutions or changes, assessing risks, benefits, and impacts to ensure informed decision-making and successful implementation

About you:

Degree qualifications in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems and experience in analysis/development of customer facing projects and technologies in a commercial technology environment will set you up for success.
