After being recognized by the 2003 Nobel Prize in Medicine, MRI is growing rapidly all over the world especially in China. As one of the two sites globally for MRI system R&D, Suzhou Philips is currently seeking to recruit an antenna/RF development professional to join the MRI R&D team. The position will play an important role to lead the development of new concept or MRI major components including RF surface coil, phased array and RF circuits for MRI. This position has the opportunity to work with the world famous top-level scientists and experienced engineers of Philips.

You are responsible for

Design and develop detailed electrical designs for MRI RF coils to full product release. Engaging in all phases of new product development, including concept, architecture, documentation, design, prototype, test, supplier interfaces, manufacturing introduction and service support.

You are a part of

MRI R&D, RF Coil & Patient Environment R&D team.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

*Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimal Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Electromagnetic, Biomedical Engineering, Antenna, RF, wireless or equivalent experience (15 years for BS degree holders, 10 years for Master degree holders, 7 years for PhD. holders).

  • Good knowledge of full product cycle from concept to mass production.

  • Experience and knowledge in RF, Antenna, Microwave circuit design with involving pre-amplifier, balun, detune, receiver development.

  • The design experience of MRI RF coils will add points.

  • Familiar with RF test equipment e.g. Network Analyzer, etc.

  • Experience and knowledge of EM simulation tools.

  • Knowledge in regulatory requirement in Medical Device industry 510K, ISO13485, IEC6060-1 add points.

  • Excellent team player, coordination and communication skills.

  • Ability to meet aggressive quality, performance, cost, serviceability, and delivery targets.

  • Bilingual in verbal and written communication skills.

  • Global project experience with complex functional stakeholders management.
