Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

• 1st Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm, Mon - Fri ( $15.81 per hour)

• 2nd Shift: 3:20 pm – 11:50 pm, Mon - Fri ( $16.16 per hour)

• 3rd Shift: 10:40 pm – 7:10 am, Sun - Thurs ( $16.06 per hour)

What’s a typical day as a Machine Operator? You’ll be:

• Operating and monitoring machinery to ensure smooth production processes

• Setting up machines according to specifications and ensuring proper calibration

• Performing routine maintenance on machines to prevent breakdowns and delays

• Inspecting finished products for quality and making necessary adjustments as needed

• Troubleshooting and resolving issues that may arise during production

• Maintaining a clean and organized work area

• Following safety protocols and regulations always

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have previous experience as a Machine Operator or similar role

• Are proficient in operating and maintaining various types of machinery

• Have strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Possess excellent problem-solving skills

• Can work independently and as part of a team

• Have basic computer skills

• Have physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
