Required Skills (Technical Competency) / Roles & Responsibilities :
2 to 6 years of experience in Wearables/ Embedded devices / Consumer electronics verification and validation.
Experience in Li-ion battery, Battery Management System, Battery cycle testing, charge discharge testing in different scenarios,
Firmware testing, safety concepts, performance Testing etc.
Experience in system level testing of embedded wearable devices, android, and iOS applications.
Experience in Requirement analysis and Test plan and Test case creation, Test setup development, Manual Testing, bug reporting, test artifacts management etc.
Expertise in operating lab tools and equipment required for battery Testing. (Thermal chamber, various meters etc.)
Moderate Programming and debugging skills in Python and ADB for executing and maintaining automated tests and data collection.
Proficiency in using MS office or google sheets for Record, analyze, present test data, document test findings and support root cause analysis.
Ability to work independently under pressure and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in test management tools like JIRA.
Understand consumer product’s PDP from validation perspective.
Preferred Skills
· Good to have knowledge in android and iOS testing, Python and ADB skills
· Nice to have experience in design and implementation of Automation testing
· Good to have experience in creation of automated test scripts to validate battery features and functions.
