JOB REQUIREMENTS: Finance Intern Global Location: United States, Sturtevant, WI # of openings: 1 Permanent: Temporary: Temporary duration : 6 Description FINANCE INTERNSHIP - STURTEVANT, WI We are looking for a student with strong analytical skills to contribute immediately to our finance team in North America. This is a hands-on role that is expected to serve as a Finance Business Partner supporting the different business areas in the regular business course, specific projects, documenting processes or any ad-hoc requests. The role requires a good understanding of the overall business around the different BRP brands. YOU\'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Participate in various monthly closing and reporting activities (revenues, costing, overhead, etc.) Participate in the quarterly forecasting process. Support the Marine Finance team with various continuous improvement and documenting processes. Perform internal controls that oversee different financial processes. Participate in various \"ad hoc\" requests and projects. Support the Marine Finance digitization initiatives to build KPIs and reporting tools. Assist and participate in various meetings and presentations for the opportunity to learn and understand the financial processes. YOU\'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES: Junior or Senior enrolled in a Bachelor\'s of Finance program with a 3.0 GPA or higher Knowledge of financial analysis Advanced Excel knowledge required - Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP Must have the following knowledge: Direct margin calculations and percentages, statistics, data analytics, basic accounting knowledge, and profit & loss statement reading. Ability to work at least 20 hours per week.
